Architectural Home

This is a commissioned design-and-build in a new subdivision—a quality four-bedroom home, with a wing that can be separated for extended family or guests. The site was steep and required engineering and setbacks from retaining walls and access to be built into the lower wetland. There was a collaboration with Heineke Builders and the architect to make the best use of the site and budget. The home has multiple levels and was built for gracious and flexible living. The house faces away from the road so that privacy with decks and patios are are maximised and that it faces towards views of trees and wetland for a calming lush oasis feel.
