Papakura Apartments

The historic Star building, which started life as Papakura’s first cinema, was one of the first buildings in South Auckland to be earthquake-strengthened under the new laws. The building has kept its original 1920’s exterior, but had major renovations and restructuring. It is now fitted out with six upmarket apartments upstairs and three new shops downstairs, as well as renovations to existing shops - Papakura Eyecare and 2 Degrees.
