First Home

A four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a single car garage. It was originally built in 2005 by our team at Heineke Builders, and had very little done to it while rented for close to 20 years. Over a few weeks’ period the home was repainted and tidied up to present it ready for sale. In 2025, after a very short time on the market, it sold to first home buyers. It was a joy to see it being refreshed and restored to a first home buyer’s dream. Nearly 20yrs on – it still looks near new! Satisfied dream building team and homeowners!
